Claire Duménil (current third year, Cardiff University) has presented her work at the joint meeting of the International Society of Chemical Ecology (ISCE) and the Asia-Pacific Association of Chemical Ecologists (APACE), held in Kyoto (Japan), August 23rd-27th.
She received a student travel award from the ISCE along with a price for best oral presentation for her work on how the olfactory system encodes fruit odours in the invasive agricultural pest, Drosophila suzukii. Congratulations to her for these prestigious awards!
